If you have a damaged flash drive (memory stick) and need to get your files off it you can just complete the Recovery Request form and post it in  with your name and address.

Your data will be recovered to DVD or Flash Drive and you will be sent a bill by email.

Once cleared payment has been received, the disk(s) or memory stick(s) will be sent to the address you provided by Recorded post. Simple.
